Services

Services: Nagano Ski Tours provides ski guiding and lesson services at resorts across Nagano Prefecture. Backcountry guiding is not included unless arranged directly. Service details, including meeting point, schedule, and resort information, are provided after booking confirmation.
Services are delivered on the scheduled booking date.

  • Insurance: Guests must have their own travel or winter sports insurance.
  • Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Nagano Ski Tours is not liable for weather conditions, resort closures, or transport delays beyond our control

Reservations & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once payment details are agreed upon. Prices are displayed on each service or tour page and are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated and are subject to change. Additional costs may apply depending on the service booked. Availability is subject to seasonal conditions, weather, and capacity limitations. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Credit card, Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Bank transfer, Bank transfers must be completed within the period specified at the time of booking.

Safety & Insurance

Guests must follow all instructions provided by their guide or instructor at all times.
Skiing and snowboarding involve inherent risks. Nagano Ski Tours LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss or damage of personal belongings during participation. All guests must have valid travel insurance and/or winter sports insurance covering skiing or snowboarding activities in Japan.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • 14 days or more before the booking date: Full refund
  • 13 to 3 days before the booking date: 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours before the booking date: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund
  • If weather conditions, resort closures, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the booked service, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Liability

Participation in all services is at the guest’s own risk.
Nagano Ski Tours LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by weather conditions, resort closures, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
